At the Top of the Hill - © Brian Ingram 2014
Hallgrímskirkja is the Church at the top of the hill in Reykjavik. It is a really cool looking structure, designed to incorporate elements of the basalt lava flows that are all over Iceland. When I first approached it, I was immediately reminded of a battle helmet.
This was shot in IR using a permanently converted Canon G15 by MaxMax.com. The white tree and black sky give it away, but if you look closely, the real tell is the fact that Dad, the guy in the foreground is wearing sunglasses, but you can see right through them. Pretty Happy with the G15 as an IR camera, compared to my Canon 10D.
